ORDERING, RETURNS & FINDERS SERVICE ORDERING

Framed bus destination blinds can be ordered direct from our website WWW.RETROPHENIA.CO.UK.

All framed bus destination blinds are sold on a first come first served basis.  If you are interested in purchasing a blind from the catalogue please email mail@retrophenia.co.uk and include the following information.

1. Bus blind section, for example coastal.

2. Blind ID number, this can be found to the left of the blind title

3. Bus blind title, for example HYDE PARK CORNER

4. Blind colour, for example yellow text on black

5. Frame option (if applicable)

We will confirm by return the availability of the framed bus destination blind as in many cases we only have one of each title and given the rarity of these blinds cannot guarantee being able to source another blind of the same title.

We will then raise an order request and email this to you with details on how to make your secure and protected online payment using PayPal

POSTAGE

There is a standard postage charge of 9.95 per blind.

All blinds are sent via either Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a delivery signature.

Each blind is specially packaged with custom made frame cushions for safe and secure postage.

RETURNS

As all of the bus destination blinds are custom framed to order we are unable to accept returns unless your frame has been damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening we will require the frame to be returned to us in the original packaging within seven days of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY & MAKING RETURNS ON OTHER ITEMS

We very much hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Retrophenia. However, if you would like to return any items that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in the original packaging. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.

FINDERS SERVICE

All of our bus destination blinds are carefully sourced by ourselves against a strict set of quality standards. If we wouldn't have it in our house we wouldn't expect you to. Due to customer demand we have set up a finders service whereby we will search for your desired bus destination blind title.
